- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★0 Stars! Kes fitted us a new bathroom, unfortunately however he incorrectly connected the pipwork below. This resulted in waste water rising in our bath and shower, as well as pouring through the downstairs ceiling plaster, ruining both the ceiling and the hard wood floor.
He denies his mistake and refuses to accept any liability. He has lied to his own insurance to get out of it. After a six month battle with his insurance, they are now finally no longer denying liability, as we have photos that can prove the work he did.
If he makes a mistake he will not do the right thing and admit it.
